摘  要:以辽宁省永桓和辽开高速公路为例,分析了双层沥青混合料面层半刚性基层路面结构的性能衰变特征,结合路面性能预估、钻芯取样和抽提后的沥青性能试验,分析了主要病害原因,并提出了工程改善建议。结果表明:在轻交通荷载等级下,双层面层结构的路面结构强度指数PSSI、车辙指数RDI和行驶质量指数RQI衰减较慢,路面状况指数PCI衰变较快,且衰减速度显著大于结构行为模型预估结果。现场调查表明造成PCI衰变较快的主要病害为严重的横向和纵向开裂;抽提沥青试验结果表明沥青存在严重的老化现象。因此,这两条高速公路应在维修养护中重点提高路面抵抗低温开裂的能力。Taking Yongling-Huanren and Liaoyuan-Kaiyuan expressways in Liaoning province as the example,the performance decay characteristics of the semi-rigid base pavement structure of the double-layer asphalt mixture surface course are analyzed.In combination with the pavement performance prediction,core drilling sampling and extracted asphalt,the main disease causes are analyzed through the performance test,and the engineering improvement suggestions are put forward.The results show that:under the light traffic load level,the pavement structural strength index PSSI,the rutting index RDI and the driving quality index RQI of the double-layer pavement structure decay slowly,and the pavement condition index PCI decaysrapidly,and the decay speed is significantly greater than the predicted result of the structural behavior model.The field investigation shows that the main diseases causing PCI to decay rapidly are serious transverse and longitudinal cracks;the test results of extracted asphalt show that asphalt has serious aging phenomenon.Therefore,the two expressways should focus on improving the ability of pavement to resist low-temperature cracking in maintenance.
