摘　　要：以惠州市惠城区为例,通过对现状停车问题的剖析,对城市停车需求进行量化论证分析,本着与城市发展战略协调一致,与土地利用相适应,选址就近、高密度、小规模,近远期结合的原则,提出差异化的停车布局形式,合理确定城市停车设施的规划布局,进一步形成布局合理、规模适度、运行高效、与道路容量相协调的停车供给体系,确保完成惠城区公共停车场规划选址储备,缓解城市停车难题。Taking Huicheng district of Huizhou city as an example,the quantitative demonstration and analysis of the urban parking demand are carried out through the analysis on the current parking problems.Based on the principle of coordinating with the urban development strategy,adapting to the land use,selecting the location nearby,high-density,small-scale,and combining the short-term and long-term,the differentiated parking layout form is put forward,and the planning layout of urban parking facilities is reasonably determined,so as to form the parking supply system with reasonable layout,appropriate scale,efficient operation,and coordination with the road capacity and ensure the completion of the planning and site selection reserve of public parking lots in Huicheng district and alleviate the problem of urban parking.
