小型综合科研实验培养医学生科研能力的探索

摘　　要：基础医学实验教学的重要目标之一是激发学生的科研兴趣和培养学生的科研素质。为了解决传统基础医学实验教学中知识体系割裂、连贯性不足的问题,以荧光蛋白报告系统和慢病毒表达系统为主要实验对象,建立了一个融合基因克隆、载体构建、细胞培养、慢病毒生产及慢病毒感染、裸鼠成瘤和肿瘤活体观察等实验内容的综合实验并获得了良好的实验效果。该综合科研实验充分融合了本科基础医学实验内容,有效地将实验教学与科研工作相结合,有助于提高学生的学习热情,增强学生的实验思维和培养医学生的科研能力。One of the primary aims of experimental teaching of basic medicine is to activate students’interest in research and cultivate students’research ability.To solve the problem that the basicmedical experimentsarecurrently almost independent of each other,a small comprehensive experimental project which mainly works on fluorescent protein report system and lentivirus expression system is designed.This project includes molecular cloning,vector construction,cell culture,lentivirus production and infection,tumor formation in nude mice and tumor observation in vivo.Implementation of this project produces satisfied results and integrates teaching contents of basic medical experiment with basic medical research,which is helpful to inspiring students’learning enthusiasm and enhancing students’scientific thinking and research ability.
