基于流程优化的实训基地报修审批系统研究

摘　　要：实训基地的建设与运行在高职院校人才培养中发挥着重要作用。为了解决高职院校实训基地管理中存在的故障处理难追溯、工作流程难监控、维修知识难共享等问题,优化设计实训基地报修与审批流程,实现一个审批流程可回转、全流程消息通知、可定制审批级别的线上实训基地报修与审批系统,构建实训设备“报修-评估-审批-维修-验收”全流程管理体系。该系统方便应用、进度透明、智慧程度高。经过2年多的管理运行,工作效率提高了近68%,提升了实训基地管理水平和服务质量。Training base construction and operation play an important role in higher vocational education.An optimized repair and approval process of training base is proposed in order to solve the existed problems:difficult to trace the working process,monitor workflow and share the maintenance knowledge,which can be turned around,notified and customized.An online repair and approval system is developed to construct a‘report-evaluation-approval-maintenance-confirm’whole process management system of training equipment,which is convenient,transparent and intelligent.After more than two years of management and operation,the management level and service quality of the training base is increased by nearly 68 percent.It is worth popularizing.
