摘　　要：首先综述了科学研究仪器设备对于科学研究、技术进步、产业发展和人才培养的重要性。然后分析了我国科研仪器设备发展的现状及问题,即国产仪器尚不能满足开展高水平研究的需要,高端科学仪器基本被国外厂商垄断,存在卡脖子风险,面临技术基础薄弱、重视和支持不足、科研评价体系内卷化带来负面影响等历史困境。结合高校研发科研仪器案例,从提升创新意识、改革评价机制、加大投入扶持培育优质企业、打造创新联合体等方面提出了发展国产仪器设备的策略。The importance of scientific research equipment for scientific research, technological progress, industrial development and talent training is analyzed. Based on the data, it introduces the current situation of the development of scientific research instruments and equipment in China, that is, domestically produced instruments cannot meet the needs of high-level research, and high-end scientific instruments are basically monopolized by foreign manufacturers. There is a risk of being hit in the throat. Faced with the historical difficulties such as weak technical foundation, insufficient attention and support, and the negative influence of the scientific research evaluation system, and combined with the case of research and development of scientific research equipment in universities, this paper puts forward the strategies of developing domestic instruments and equipment from the aspects of enhancing the innovation consciousness, reforming the evaluation mechanism, increasing the investment to support and cultivate high-quality enterprises, and building innovation consortia, etc.
