摘　　要：本文通过分级指数构建法和熵权法测算2013~2019年的科技金融环境指数,基于上市中小企业省际面板数据分析了科技金融环境、融资约束和中小企业创新投入之间的传导路径。研究结果表明:科技金融环境对中小企业的创新投入有显著的正向影响,融资约束在该过程中发挥中介效应。科技金融环境促进中小企业创新投入的传导机理具有区域异质性、行业异质性和企业性质异质性。This paper calculates the Sci-Tech financial environment index from 2013 to 2019 by using the hierarchical index construction method and entropy weight method, and analyzes the transmission path between Sci-Tech financial environment, financing constraints and innovation investment of SMEs based on the provincial panel data. The results show that the Sci-Tech financial environment has a significant positive impact on SMEs’ innovation investment, and financing constraint plays a mediating role in this process. The transmission mechanism of Sci-Tech financial environment to SMEs’ innovation investment has regional heterogeneity, industry heterogeneity and enterprise nature heterogeneity.
