摘　　要：通过分别采用正相高效液相色谱内标法、正相高效液相色谱外标法、反相高效液相色谱外标法和气相色谱内标法等4种方法分别测定同一个氯氰菊酯乳油中氯氰菊酯的含量,对其分析结果做比较分析,结果表明4种方法均能获得相当准确可靠的分析数据,其测定结果的各项指标值均在允许范围内,最后从经济性、环保性、便捷性等方面考虑,推荐了适合日常应用的分析方法。The cypermethrin content in EC formulation was determined by the following four methods: Normal Phase HPLC internal standard method, Normal Phase HPLC external standard method, Reversed-phase HPLC external standard method and GC internal standard method. The results showed that all the four methods could obtain quite accurate and reliable analytical data, and that the relative deviations of the determination results were all within the allowable range. Finally,the analysis method suitable for daily application is recommended from the aspects of economy, environmental protection and convenience.
