摘 要:从高炉内型、冷却系统、冷却设备、炉底炉缸结构等方面对现代高炉本体设计理念进行了探讨。认为:①高炉不宜过度矮胖化,死铁层深度不宜过深,宜采用偏下限的炉缸直径和偏上限的炉缸高度;②宜采用有针对性的上下部调剂配合调整进水温度,从而实现各区域冷却强度与热负荷的匹配,不建议采用纵向分段调水方式;③是否在高热负荷区域采用铜冷却壁,要根据高炉原燃料条件和操作者的操作理念来选择;④应合理设计炉底炉缸结构,引导形成锅底状均衡侵蚀体系。The design concept of modem blast furmace body is discussed with respect to BF inner profile,cooling system,cooling equipment,furnace bottom and hearth structure.It is believed that:(1)The blast furnace should be of rational dumpy shape,the salamander should not be too deep,and the hearth diameter should be the one close to the lower limit and the hearth height should be the one close to the upper limit;(2)To coordinate the cooling intensity and heat load in each area,the inlet water temperature should be adjusted by adjusting the charging and blasting operation,instead of adjusting the water temperature in diferent longitudinal sections;(3)Application of copper cooling stave in the high heat load area should be determined according to the raw and fuel conditions of the furnace and the operation concept of the operator;(4)The design of furnace hearth and botom structure should be propitious to the formation of the balanced pot bottom contour erosion system.
