摘 要:马钢3号高炉炉缸炉底炭砖总体呈锅底状侵蚀,陶瓷杯已完全侵蚀,炉底中心区域侵蚀掉60%左右。破损调查结果表明,炭砖被侵蚀的原因有:半石墨炭砖质量劣化严重,导热系数普遍较低;炭砖致密性差,显气孔率高;人炉炉料质量较差,带人的K_(2)O、Na_(2)O、Zn较多;炉况不太稳定,边沿渣皮不稳定。认为在适当提高炭砖导热性、降低气孔度、增强抗渣铁性的前提下,半石墨炭砖基本可以满足中小高炉一代炉役生产的要求。The carbon bricks on the Masteel No.3 BF hearth and bottom suffer pot-bottom contour erosion,in which the ceramic cups are almost eroded completely,and the carbon bricks in the central area of the furnace botom are eroded by 60%approximately.The investigation reveals that the erosion of carbon bricks are mainly caused by deterorated quality of semigraphite carbon bricks,and lower thermal conductivity;poor compactness of the carbon bricks,i.e.high apparent porosity;higher content of K_(2)O,Na_(2)O and Zn brought to the furmace along with the charge;unstable furnace condition and unstable slag coating at the edge.It is believed that semi-graphite carbon bricks can meet the small and medium sized furnace production requirements of one generation of the campaign under the premises of improving the brick thermal conductivity,reducing its porosity,and enhancing its HM and slag resistance.
