摘 要:对莱钢3200m^(3)高炉炉役后期的操作特点进行了总结。在炉缸、炉底出现温度异常之后,通过采取护炉、稳定炉况和降低生产成本等措施,高炉在炉役后期条件下,实现了炉缸、炉底温度安全受控,炉况稳定、顺行,高炉技术经济指标全面优化提升。在综合人炉品位和风温变化不大的条件下,平均利用系数2.737t/(m^(3)·d),平均燃料比502kg/t,平均休风率0.248%,各项技术经济指标均创历史最好水平。The operational characteristics of Laiwu Steel 3200 m^(3)blast furnace in the later stage of campaign are summarized.When temperature of the BF hearth and the bottom is found abnormal,some measures for protecting the furnace,stabilizing the furnace condition and reducing the production cost are taken.As a result,the furnace temperature in hearth and the bottom are properly contrlled,the furmnace running smoothly and stably,and techno-economic indicators are comprehensively optimized and improved even the furnace steps to its later stage of campaign.Under the condition of slight diference in the comprehensive stock grade and blast temperature,the average productivity is 2.737 t/(m^(3).d),the average fuel rate 502 kg/t,and the average BF delay rate 0.248%,as an conclusion,all techno-economic indicators record best.
