摘　　要：对长钢9号高炉喷煤枪在线维护技术的优化进行了总结。优化喷煤枪安装,降低了枪头抖动幅度,杜绝了煤粉流冲刷风口内壁;改进喷煤枪操作,将休风拔枪改为休风退枪,减少了喷煤枪枪头因温度急剧变化而造成的氧化损坏;改进喷煤枪的卡子和弹子阀,以及煤粉分配器的反吹装置,提升了系统的安全性和可靠性。优化后,喷煤枪的平均使用寿命由30d提升至150d以上,风口的平均使用寿命由5~6个月提升至10个月以上。The optimization of on-line PCI lance maintenance technology used in Changzhi Steel No.9 BF is summarized.The optimized installation of the lance reduces the lance oscillation amplitude,and prevents the pulverized coal from scouring the inner wall of the tuyere;the modification of the lance retraction way lessens the oxidation damage of the lance tip caused by the sharp temperature variation;improvement of the lance clip and ball valve,and the purging device of the pulverized coal distributor upgrades the safety and reliability of the system.After optimization,the average service life of the PCI lance prolongs from 30 days to over 150 days,and the average service life of the tuyere increases from 5 to 6 months to over 10 months.
