摘  要:对安钢3号高炉降料面停炉操作进行了总结,并阐述了安全快速停炉的各项技术措施。停炉过程中,采用了炉内爆震预控技术、煤气高效回收和炉顶TRT的应用、高风量与高顶压的综合使用、炉墙的高效清理技术等,顺利地将料面降至风口位置,整个过程历时22h16min。认为在降料面的前期,应尽量维持较高风量,并适当富氧;根据料面降低位置及时调整炉顶压力,可以维持在相对较高的水平。It is summarized in the paper the stockline lowing operation in Anyang Steel No.3 BF,followed by an introduction about various technical measures taken for safe and rapid furnace blow off.These measures include furnace detonation prevention technology,efficient recovery of gas,application of TRT process,high blasting flowrate and high top pressure,and efficient cleaning technology of the furnace wall.As a result,the stockline is lowered to the tuyere level successfully within 22 h and 16min.It is considered that the blasting flowrate should be kept as high as possible in conjunction with adequate oxygen enrichment in the early stage of stockline lowering operation,and the furnace top pressure should be adjusted in time according to the stockline descended,by maintaining at a relatively high level,for example.
