紧凑型海上升压站舱室正压风量计算探究

摘  要:为防止盐雾侵入,海上升压站通常设置正压送风系统以维持房间正压,但正压送风的计算却存在规范标准不一致的问题。以紧凑型海上升压站为例,运用缝隙法、压差法、换气次数法以及排除余热法探讨正压送风系统送风量计算,并对余压阀的设计选型进行了分析,四种计算结果表明,压差法的计算结果更为合理。In order to prevent salt fog intrusion,the positive pressure air supply system is usually set up in the offshore substation to maintain the room positive pressure,but the calculation of positive pressure air supply has the problem of inconsistent standards.Taking the compact offshore substation as an example,this paper discusses the calculation of the air supply volume of the positive pressure air supply system by using the gap method,the pressure difference method,the ventilation frequency method and the waste heat removal method,and analyzes the design and selection of the residual pressure damper.The four calculation results show that the calculation results of the pressure difference method are more reasonable.
