摘 要:结合某实际工程,通过比对分析喷漆厂房的实际测试结果与CFD数值仿真软件scSTREAM对喷漆厂房气流组织仿真结果的方法,论证数值仿真的合理性。二者结果相符,证实CFD技术可用于喷漆厂房设计,并可对喷漆厂房设计提供指导。通过比对分析优化设计前后的喷漆厂房内速度场和温度场,可以看出送风量与送排风口的类型对气流组织影响较为明显,从而针对性的提出优化设计方案并通过数值仿真加以论证。Combined with a practical project,the rationality of numerical simulation is demonstrated by comparing and analyzing the actual test results of the spray painting workshop with the simulation results of air distribution in the spray painting workshop by CFD numerical simulation software scSTREAM.The two results are consistent,which proves that CFD technology can be used in the design of the spray painting workshop and can provide guidance for the design of the spray painting workshop.By comparing and analyzing the velocity field and temperature field in the spray painting workshop before and after optimization design,it can be seen that air supply volume and the type of air supply and exhaust outlet has obvious influence on the air distribution,so the optimization design scheme is put forward and demonstrated by numerical simulation.
