摘  要:阐述高压熔断器熔断特性综合测试装置的设计,装置的软硬件模块和系统控制策略,采用ACDC-AC附以升流变形式硬件电路拓扑结构,控制器和功率元件分别采用了28335芯片和IPM,控制策略采用PI并联PR控制方式,人机交互界面开发语言采用了C#。所开发设备具有响应速度快、电流精度高、波形质量好、熔丝熔断时间记录准确。This paper expounds the design of the comprehensive testing device for the fusing characteristics of high-voltage fuses, the software and hardware modules of the device and the system control strategy. The AC-DC-AC hardware circuit topology in the form of ascending flow is adopted. The controller and power components adopt 28335 chip and IPM respectively. The control strategy adopts PI parallel PR control mode, and the human-computer interface development language adopts C#. The developed equipment has the advantages of fast response speed, high current accuracy, good waveform quality and accurate recording of fuse fusing time.
