摘　　要：阐述由555电路构成多谐振荡器产生时钟脉冲CP,作为十进制计数器的秒脉冲输入信号,十进制计数器用74LS390构成秒、分钟、小时的计时和调时电路,并组合成计时和调时的全图电路。This paper expounds that the multivibrator composed of 555 circuit generates the clock pulse CP as the second pulse input signal of the decimal counter. The decimal counter uses 74 LS390 to form the timing and timing circuit of seconds, minutes and hours, and combines it into the full picture circuit of timer and timing.
