摘 要:通过在有机硅树脂中添加含氟物质,复配有机高效防污剂,制备有机硅/氟和高效防污剂耦合防污的污损释放型防污涂料。首先,考察有机硅树脂不同黏度对涂层接触角、弹性模量、拉伸强度等物理性能的影响;其次,考察含氟物质、有机高效防污剂和纳米SiO_(2)不同添加量对涂料防污性能的影响;最后,进行有机硅氟/高效防污剂耦合防污涂料的浅海浸泡和动态模拟实验。结果显示,经1 a浅海浸泡实验,涂层表面无海生物附着;经3个周期动态模拟实验,涂层表面无海生物附着,无起泡、无开裂、无脱落现象发生,说明该涂料具有良好的实海防污性能。A fouling release type antifouling coating is prepared by adding a fluorine-containing substance to the silicone resin followed by combination with an organic high-efficiency antifouling agent. The influence of resin viscosity on the contact angle, elastic modulus and tensile strength of the coating is investigated, and the influence of different additions of fluorine-containing substance,organic antifouling agents and nano-SiO_(2)on the antifouling performance of the coating is investigated.The shallow sea immersion test and dynamic simulation experiments of organosilicon fluorine/high-efficiency antifouling agent coupling antifouling coatings are conducted. The results show that there is no marine organisms attaching to the surface of the coating after immersion in shallow sea for 12 months, furthermore, there is no marine organisms attaching to the surface of the coating, no blistering, no cracking, and no peeling off after 3 cycles of dynamic simulation test, proving that the coating has good antifouling performance in sea.
