水性环氧底漆的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：以柔韧型环氧树脂的乳液为主树脂,改性胺加成物为固化剂,制备了一种水性环氧底漆,并对影响涂料主要性能的因素做了分析。研究表明,该水性环氧底漆具有高耐盐雾性能,其耐中性盐雾可以达到700 h;具有优异的柔韧性,干膜120μm可通过50 cm的冲击测试;干燥速率快,60℃烘烤2 h后其硬度可以达到2H,适用于一般工业防腐和工程机械等领域。A waterborne epoxy primer was prepared with the emulsion of flexible epoxy resin as the main resin and modified amine adduct as the curing agent. The factors affecting the main properties of the coatings are analyzed. The results show that the waterborne epoxy primer has high salt spray resistance, and good neutral salt spray resistance up to 700 h. Meanwhile, it has excellent flexibility, and its dry film with 120 μm exhibits good impact resistance. It has a fast-drying speed and its hardness can reach 2H after baking at 60 ℃ for 2 h. The prepared primer is suitable for general industrial anticorrosion and engineering machinery and other fields.
