创伤性睾丸浅脱位超声引导下手法复位1例报告

摘　　要：睾丸脱位临床上较少见,常发生于阴囊外伤或腹部骨盆外伤。本文报道1例罕见的睾丸脱位病例,患者65岁,外伤后右侧睾丸脱位至阴茎皮下,在超声引导下成功进行手法复位,阴茎和睾丸恢复正常。睾丸脱位的治疗多以手术为主,结合本例报道,对于类似的浅脱位患者,超声引导下手法复位是一种可行性治疗方案。Testicular dislocation is a rare clinical presentation that occurs most commonly as a result of blunt scrotal injury or abdominopelvic injury.In this study,a rare case of testicular dislocation was reported,who was a 65-year-old man presented with a right testicle squeezed into the subcutaneous penis,and a good recovery after a successful manual restoration under ultrasound guidance was achieved.The treatment of testicular dislocation is mostly surgical,but ultrasound-guided manual restoration may provide a feasible treatment for patients with superficial dislocation based on this case report.
