摘  要:以二水合钨酸钠和五水合硝酸铋为原料,通过优化水热反应温度制备了WO_(3)/Bi_(2)WO_(6)纳米片,将其与锐钛矿型TiO_(2)纳米颗粒复合制备了可见光催化性能优良的TiO_(2)/WO_(3)/Bi_(2)WO_(6)复合光催化剂,并采用一种高密度管状等离子体放电装置对其进行表面改性。利用XRD、SEM、TEM、HRTEM、XPS、UV-Vis DRS、PL对样品进行了表征和分析,考察了其在可见光下降解亚甲基蓝的光催化性能。结果表明,当水热温度为120℃时,WO_(3)/Bi_(2)WO_(6)纳米片具有较好的光催化性能;TiO_(2)/WO_(3)/Bi_(2)WO_(6)复合催化剂中掺入TiO_(2)质量分数为10.7%时,所得三元复合材料的光催化性能远优于WO_(3)/Bi_(2)WO_(6)纳米片;经等离子体改性处理后,三元复合材料的吸收边向可见光红移,放电电压的增加有助于提高复合材料的光催化活性,当放电电压为1.1 kV时,复合材料的降解速率常数分别是未处理TiO_(2)/WO_(3)/Bi_(2)WO_(6)样品和WO_(3)/Bi_(2)WO_(6)的2.2倍和3.9倍。Nanocomposite TiO_(2)/WO_(3)/Bi_(2)WO_(6) photocatalysts were firstly prepared from anatase TiO_(2) nanoparticledoped WO_(3)/Bi_(2)WO_(6) nanosheets,which were synthesized via hydrothermal reaction of sodium tungstate dihydrate and bismuth nitrate pentahydrate at optimized temperature,and then went through surface modification by a high density tubular plasma discharge device.The samples were characterized and analyzed by XRD,SEM,TEM,HRTEM,XPS,UV-Vis DRS and PL followed by investigation of their photocatalytic performance on methylene blue(MB)degradation in water under visible light irradiation.The results showed the optimal hydrothermal reaction temperature was 120℃,at which WO_(3)/Bi_(2)WO_(6)nanosheets synthesized displayed better photocatalytic performance.Moreover,the TiO_(2)/WO_(3)/Bi_(2)WO_(6) nanocomposites doped with 10.7%anatase TiO_(2) nanoparticles exhibited significant photocatalytic activity enhancement in comparision to WO_(3)/Bi_(2)WO_(6) nanosheets.More importantly,the tubular plasma discharge surface modification made the absorption edge of the TiO_(2)/WO_(3)/Bi_(2)WO_(6) nanocomposites redshift at visible light,and the increase of discharge input power helped improve the photocatalytic activity of the nanocomposite.At peak discharge voltage of 1.1 kV,the degradation rate constant of the composite was 2.2 times and 3.9 times those of TiO_(2)/WO_(3)/Bi_(2)WO_(6)without surface modification(TiO_(2)/WO_(3)/Bi_(2)WO_(6))and WO_(3)/Bi_(2)WO_(6)nanocomposites,respectively.
