摘  要:为了进一步提高建筑消防安全性和公众用电安全性,开发了无卤低烟阻燃硅烷交联聚烯烃电线产品。从产品设计要求、结构设计、材料选择、关键工艺技术及性能检测等方面详细阐述了该电线产品的研制过程。相对于辐照交联工艺、紫外光交联工艺,生产灵活、综合成本低的硅烷交联工艺更适用于无卤低烟阻燃交联聚烯烃电线。针对兼具可硅烷交联和无卤低烟阻燃两种特性的无卤低烟阻燃硅烷交联聚烯烃绝缘材料的挤出质量较难控制,通过材料配方的不断优化与开机工艺的有效管控,确保了高质量生产。该电线具有无卤低烟、高阻燃、低成本、交联方式灵活、生产周期短等特点。In order to further improve the fire safety of buildings and the safety of public electricity, halogen-free low-smoke flame retardant silane-crosslinked polyolefin wire product is developed. The development process of the wire product is described in detail from the aspects of product design requirements, structural design, material selection, key process technology and performance testing. Compared with irradiation-crosslinking process and ultraviolet-crosslinking process, silane-crosslinking process with flexible production and low comprehensive cost is more suitable for halogen-free low-smoke flame retardant crosslinked polyolefin wires. In view of the difficulty in controlling the extrusion quality of halogen-free low-smoke flame retardant silane-crosslinked polyolefin insulating materials with both silane-crosslinkable and halogen-free low-smoke flame retardant characteristics, high-quality production is ensured through continuous optimization of material formula and effective control of startup process. The wire has the characteristics of halogen-free, low-smoke, high flame retardant, low cost, flexible crosslinking mode and short production cycle.
