摘　　要：在大力发展中国制造2025,以及碳中和、碳达峰的大背景下,人工智能、各类专家系统、各种在线监测、云计算、物联网、大数据、5G技术在二代新型干法水泥生产线广泛应用。三维可视化、大数据分析、数字李生、数据集成等创新技术,实现了精细化、可视化、设备数字化、工艺过程数字化,达到了生产管理数字化的要求。这些变化和发展,对巡检管理模式有了更高的要求。经过深入研究结果表明:实施全方位立体巡检管理模式是二代新型干法水泥生产线生产及经营管理理念转变的结果,是适应企业智能化提升的必由之路。Under the background of vigorously developing made in China 2025,carbon neutrality and carbon peak,artificial intelligence,all kinds of expert systems,ll kinds of online monitoring,cloud computing,Internet of Things,big data and 5G technology are widely used in the second-generation new dry method cement production line.Innovative technologies such as 3D visualization,big data analysis,digital twins and data integration have realized refinement,visualization,equipment digitization and process digitization,meeting the requirements of production management digitization.These changes and developments have higher requirements for the inspection management mode.Through in-depth research,the results showed that the implementation of all-round three-dimensional inspection management mode is the result of the second generation of new dry cement production line production and management concept change,and is the only way to adapt to the intelligent improvement of enterprises.
