摘 要:目的探讨海洛因成瘾者(HD)大脑双侧半球间同伦连接的损伤及其与吸食海洛因时间的相关性。方法招募32例HD(HD组)和40名健康对照(HC组)进行人口学与静息态功能MR数据采集。采用体素镜像同伦连接(VMHC)方法比较组间脑半球连接差异,分析差异脑区与吸食海洛因时间的相关性。结果与HC组相比,HD组双侧额上回、梭状回、舌回、海马旁回、尾状核、丘脑的VMHC值显著降低(P<0.05,FDR校正),HD大脑梭状回VMHC值与吸食海洛因时间呈负相关性(r=-0.47,P=0.007)。结论HD抑制控制、奖赏、视觉相关脑区VMHC显著减弱,这可能是HD脑功能损伤的神经生物学标志之一。Objective To investigate the damage of bilateral hemispheric homotopic connections in heroin dependent(HD)and the correlation between the strength of the connections and the duration of heroin use.Methods Thirty-two HD(HD group)and 40 healthy controls(HC group)were recruited for demographic and resting-state functional MR data collection.The voxel-mirrored homotopic connectivity(VMHC)method was used to compare the differences of hemispheric connections between the two groups.The correlation between different brain regions and the duration of heroin use was analyzed.Results Compared with the HC group,the VMHC values of the bilateral superior frontal gyrus,fusiform gyrus,lingual gyrus,parahippocampal gyrus,caudate nucleus and thalamus were significantly lower in the HD group(P<0.05,FDR corrected).The fusiform gyrus VMHC values of HD was negatively correlated with the duration of heroin use(r=-0.47,P=0.007).Conclusion HD have significantly reduced VMHC in brain areas related to inhibition,control,reward,and vision.These may be one of the neurobiological markers of impaired brain function in HD.
