摘  要:目的探讨3D mDIXON Quant技术评估健康者年龄、性别、体质量指数(BMI)与胰腺体积和脂肪含量关系的价值。方法纳入行上腹部3.0T MR 3D mDIXON Quant序列扫描健康志愿者108例,男63例;年龄22~82岁,BMI 16.42~30.04 kg/m^(2)。由2位观察者应用半自动切割法分别对胰腺进行定量测量,获得全胰腺体积(PV)、脂肪分数(FF)及标准化脂肪分数(NFF)。采用Pearson或Spearman检验分析PV、FF、NFF与年龄、性别、BMI的相关性。采用多元线性回归分析年龄、BMI、性别影响PV、FF、NFF的权重。结果健康者平均PV为(44.66±13.8)cm^(3),PV与年龄、性别有相关性(r=-0.47、0.366,P<0.001),与BMI无相关性(P>0.05)。健康者平均全胰腺FF(%)为5.4(4.86),FF与年龄、BMI有相关性(r=0.476、0.433,P<0.001),与性别无相关性(P>0.05)。健康者平均NFF为4.11(3.05),与年龄、BMI有相关性(r=-0.488、-0.237,P<0.05),与性别无相关性(P>0.05)。多元线性回归结果显示PV与年龄、性别的相关性有统计学意义(P<0.05),FF、NFF与年龄、BMI的相关性有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论年龄是影响PV和FF的独立危险因素;性别是影响PV的独立危险因素;BMI是影响胰腺FF的独立危险因素。3D mDIXON Quant技术可以用来评估PV和脂肪含量,有很好的临床应用前景。Objective To explore the value of 3D mDIXON Quant method in assessing the relationship between age,gender as well as body mass index(BMI)and pancreatic volume as well as fat content in healthy subjects.Methods A total of 108 healthy participants who underwent upper abdomen MR at 3.0T using 3D mDIXON Quant sequence were enrolled,including 63 males.The participants ranged in age from 22 to 82 years old,and the BMI varied from 16.42 to 30.04 kg/m^(2).Semi-automatic segmentation technology was used to obtain pancreatic volume(PV),fraction of fat(FF)and normalized fraction of fat(NFF)by two radiologists.Pearson or Spearman analysis were performed to analyze the relationship between PV,FF as well as NFF and age,gender as well as BMI.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the weight of age,gender and BMI involving PV,FF and NFF.Results The average PV of healthy subjects was(44.66±13.8)cm^(3).There was a significant correlation between PV and age as well as gender(r=-0.47,0.366,P<0.001),while there was no significant correlation between PV and BMI(P>0.05).The average pancreatic FF(%)of healthy subjects was 5.4(4.86).There was a significant correlation between FF and age as wellas BMI(r=0.476,0.433,P<0.001),while there was no significant correlation between FF and gender(P>0.05).The average NFF of healthy subjects was 4.11(3.05).There was a significant correlation between NFF and age as well as BMI(r=-0.488,-0.237,P<0.05),while there was no significant correlation between NFF and gender(P>0.05).The multiple linear regression analysis showed that PV was statistical significantly correlated with age and gender(P<0.05),FF and NFF was statistical significantly correlated with age and BMI(P<0.05).ConclusionAge is an independent risk factor affecting PV and FF.Gender is an independent risk factor affecting PV.BMI is an independent risk factor affecting pancreatic FF.3D mDIXON Quant is a feasible technique to evaluate PV and fat content.lt possesses a favorable prospects in X clinical practice.
