摘　　要：本文主要综述了目前国内对维护临床护理人员权益的现状、权益维护措施的实施进展及其实施过程中的主要影响因素等,同时结合了女性人员相关的权益问题,望对今后女性临床护理人员权益维护工作的开展提供一定的建议和进一步的研究展望。This article mainly reviewed the current situation of safeguarding the rights and interests of clinical nursing staff in China,the implementation progress of rights and interests protection measures and the main influencing factors in the implementation process,and combined with the related rights and interests of female staff.It is hoped to provide some suggestions and further research prospects for the development of the rights and interests protection of female clinical nurses in the future.
