摘　　要：利用大数据分析技术构建校园安保人员辅助决策支持系统,以解决校园安保机构数据管理负担重问题,提升管理效率。以多维数据决策支持系统(DSS)设计及应用为研究对象,人员档案数据作为分析基础,通过分析现代大数据管理,找出多维数据决策支持系统设计方法,通过构建数据分析系统、数据质量控制和采用DSS技术,实现多维数据校园安保人员决策支持系统应用。随着安保业务数据样本数量的增加,该系统决策准确率变化趋势较为平稳,而且决策准确率明显高于同类系统。该系统较好地解决了人力资源管理业务的负担,提高了工作的效率,为现代高校的持续性、科学性发展提供参考。The big data analysis technology was used to build an auxiliary decision support system for campus security personnel to solve the problem of heavy data management burden on campus security institutions and improve management efficiency.Through the analysis of modern big data management,the design method of multidimensional data decision support system was determined.The application of decision support system for campus security personnel based on multidimensional data was realized through constructing data analysis system,data quality control and the use of DSS technology.With the increase in the number of security business data samples,the change trend of the decision accuracy of this system is relatively stable,and the decision accuracy of this system is significantly higher than that of similar systems.The system solves the burden of human resource management business,improves the efficiency of work,and provides a reference for the sustainable and scientific development of modern colleges and universities.
