摘 要:采用限氧热解法在500℃条件下制备了羊粪、兔粪、猪粪生物炭(分别标记为SMB_(500)、RMB_(500)、PMB_(500)),考察了将生物炭作为人工快渗(CRI)系统滤料时对污水中NH_(4)^(+)—N去除的影响。结果表明,SMB_(500)比RMB_(500)、PMB_(500)具有更强的NH_(4)^(+)—N吸附能力,将其作为滤料添加于CRI系统(R_(1))后NH_(4)^(+)—N平均去除率达97.8%,比未添加SMB_(500)的CRI系统(R_(2))提高了12.6个百分点。SMB_(500)的添加提高了NH_(4)^(+)—N在各滤料层的去除效率,从而使CRI系统的脱氮效果得到明显提升。动力学分析结果表明,当进水NH_(4)^(+)—N浓度为10.4~60.5 mg/L时,R_(1)的NH_(4)^(+)—N去除速率常数m值是R_(2)的1.21~1.79倍,添加SMB_(500)可使CRI系统获得更高的NH_(4)^(+)—N去除速率。SMB_(500)作为一种新的滤料类型应用于强化CRI系统的脱氮性能具有良好的可行性。Sheep manure,rabbit manure and pig manure biochar(labelled as SMB_(500),RMB_(500) and PMB_(500) respectively)were prepared by oxygen-limited pyrolysis at 500℃.The effect of biochar on the removal of NH_(4)^(+)—N in wastewater was investigated when it was used as filter media for artifical rapid infiltration(CRI)systems.The results showed that SMB_(500) had stronger NH_(4)^(+)—N adsorption ability than RMB_(500) and PMB_(500),and the average NH_(4)^(+)—N removal efficiency was 97.8%after adding it as filter media to the CRI system(R_(1)),which was 12.6 percentage points higher than that of the CRI system(R_(2))without SMB_(500) addition.The addition of SMB_(500) improved the removal efficiency of NH_(4)^(+)—N in each filter layer,thus significantly improving the nitrogen removal effect of the CRI system.The results of the kinetic analysis showed that the NH_(4)^(+)—N removal rate constant m of R_(1) was 1.21-1.79 times higher than that of R_(2) at influent NH_(4)^(+)—N concentrations of 10.4-60.5 mg/L.The addition of SMB_(500) resulted in a higher NH_(4)^(+)—N removal rate for the CRI system.SMB_(500) has good feasibility as new filter media to enhance the nitrogen removal performance of CRI systems.
