摘　　要：福建某铜铅锌多金属硫化矿中铜、铅、锌矿物共生关系密切,矿石成分及结构复杂。针对矿石特点,采用优先浮铜工艺流程,并开展了可选性试验研究,结果表明:采用新型捕收剂Dy优先浮铜,获得了铜品位为22.44%、铜回收率为86.55%的铜精矿指标;采用新型捕收剂BN_(12)进行铅浮选,获得了铅品位为35.72%、铅回收率为69.54%的铅精矿指标;采用石灰、硫酸铜、丁黄药进行锌浮选,获得了锌品位为46.84%、锌回收率为80.32%的锌精矿指标。试验指标较为理想,为该多金属硫化矿提供了较合理的选矿工艺流程。Copper,lead and zinc minerals are associated closely in a Cu-Pb-Zn polymetallic sulfide deposit in Fujian province,which presents complex compositions and structure of the ore.According to the ore nature,a novel process with preferential flotation of copper minerals was performed to study the beneficiability of the ore.The results show that the copper concentrate assaying 22.44%Cu,with 86.55%Cu recovery can be obtained using a novel collector Dy for preferential flotation of copper sulfide.While the lead concentrate containing 35.72%Pb with Pb recovery of 69.54%using a novel collector BN_(12) for lead flotation.The zinc concentrate with a grade of 46.84%Zn and Zn reco-very of 80.32%was obtained by use of a combination of reagents composed of lime,copper sulphate and xanthate for zinc flotation.The promising test results provide a reasonable technology for beneficiating the polymetallic sulfide ores.
