摘 要:为了回收利用钛白废酸中的稀有金属元素钪,采用由二(2-乙基己基)磷酸酯、磷酸三丁酯、仲辛醇组成的复合溶剂萃取回收,并将其制备成氧化钪产品,考查了二(2-乙基己基)磷酸酯体积分数、磷酸三丁酯体积分数、萃取时间和反萃取温度等4个因素对从钛白废酸中回收钪的影响,并对产物进行了表征分析,结果表明,从钛白废酸中回收钪的最佳工艺条件为:二(2-乙基己基)磷酸酯的体积分数27%,磷酸三丁酯的体积分数6%,萃取时间40 min,反萃取温度75℃。分析表明,氧化钪晶体为棒状,长度为20μm,结晶度较高,在煅烧温度为300℃以上时热稳定性较好。该方法可以有效回收钛白废酸中的钪,实现废弃物的资源化利用。In order to recycle the rare element scandium from the titanium white waste acid in this paper the compo-site solvent composed of(2-ethyl hexyl)diphosphate ester,tributyl phosphate and sec-octylalcohol was used for extraction and recycling scandium to prepare scandium oxide.The four factors including volume fraction of diphosphate ester,volume fraction of tributyl phosphate,extraction time and stripping temperature on the performance of recycling scandium were studied,from which the products were characterized.The results show that the optimum process conditions for recovery of scandium from the titanium white waste acid were described as follows:volume fraction of diphosphate ester was 27%,volume fraction of tributyl phosphate was 6%,extraction time was 40 min,stripping temperature was 75℃.The analysis indicated that scandium oxide crystal exhibited a rod-like structure,high degree of crystallinity with crystals of 20μm long each and maintained high thermal stability at above 300℃.This process is proposed to be used for efficient recovery of the rare element scandium from the titanium white waste acid and treated as a solution to realize resource utilization of the wastes.
