中超俱乐部引入会员制治理结构的可行性分析

摘　　要：中超联赛经历了10多年的快速发展,目前已初具影响力,商业价值不断提升,但距欧洲顶级联赛仍有较大差距,发展至今也出现了诸多问题。会员制俱乐部具有诸多优点,在足球领域具有广泛的影响力,本文则试图就中超联赛引入会员制俱乐部进行了讨论。本文首先介绍了职业足球俱乐部不同治理结构进行了介绍,再对“西甲会员制”和“德甲会员制”进行了对比研究,最后,在介绍了中超联赛发展现状的基础上对其引入会员制治理结构的可行性进行了分析。本文认为,中超联赛引入“德甲会员制”具有可行性,且有利于解决金元足球下中超联赛存在的问题以及促进联赛和俱乐部的长远发展。After more than 10 years of rapid development, the Chinese Super League has begun to have an impact, and its commercial value is constantly improving. However, there is still a big gap between China Super League and European top league, and many problems have emerged in its development. The membership club has many advantages and has a wide influence in the field of football. This paper attempts to discuss the introduction of membership club in China Super League.This paper first introduces the different governance structures of professional football clubs, and then makes a comparative study on the "La Liga membership system" and "German League membership system". Finally, based on the introduction of the current situation of the development of the Chinese Super League, it analyzes the feasibility of introducing the membership governance structure. This paper believes that the introduction of “Bundesliga membership system” in CSL is feasible and conducive to solve the problems of CSL under Jinyuan football and promote the long-term development of League and club.
