摘  要:针对城镇燃气管道,采用不同光纤敷设方式,通过电热带、电热棒和热风机模拟不同泄漏类型,探究分布式光纤温度传感器对不同泄漏类型的检测效果。采用电热带模拟缝隙泄漏,结果表明分布式光纤温度传感器对缝隙泄漏的检测效果较好。光纤缠绕敷设的检测效果比单通道敷设好,三通道敷设的检测效果相比于单通道敷设并无明显改善。采用电热棒模拟小孔泄漏,结果表明分布式光纤温度传感器对小孔泄漏的检测效果并不理想。小孔泄漏引起的温度变化范围较小,分布式光纤温度传感器受技术限制,无法实现连续无间隔地检测,3种敷设方式均检测不到温度变化。采用热风机对泄漏扩散进行模拟,结果表明单通道敷设光纤的检测范围只能覆盖上方及两侧的壁面,三通道敷设光纤的检测范围可大致覆盖整个管壁,但对下方的检测效果不如上方和两侧,缠绕敷设光纤的检测范围可完全覆盖整个管壁。For urban gas pipelines,different optical fiber laying methods are used,and different leakage types are simulated by electric heating belt,electric heating rod and hot air blower to explore the detection effect of distributed optical fiber temperature sensors on different leakage types.The electric heating belt is used to simulate slot leakage,and the results show that the distributed optical fiber temperature sensor has a good detection effect on slot leakage.The detection effect of fiber winding laying is better than that of single-channel laying,and the detection effect of three-channel laying is not significantly improved compared with that of single-channel laying.The electric heating rod is used to simulate the small hole leakage,and the results show that the detection effect of the distributed optical fiber temperature sensor on the small hole leakage is not ideal.The temperature change range caused by small hole leakage is small,and the distributed optical fiber temperature sensor is limited by technology,so it cannot realize continuous detection without interval.The temperature change cannot be detected by the three laying methods.The hot air blower is used to simulate the leakage diffusion,and the results show that the detection range of single-channel laying optical fiber can only cover the upper and both sides of the wall,and the detection range of three-channel laying optical fiber can roughly cover the whole pipe wall,but the detection effect of the lower part is not as good as the upper and both sides.The detection range of winding laying optical fiber can completely cover the whole pipe wall.
