摘  要:借鉴网格化管理的方法,通过对燃气管网进行网格化划分,构建网格化风险评价模型。建立包括管道自身指标、管道周围环境指标等7个二级评价指标和管龄、气质、压力等级等23个三级评价指标的网格化风险结构模型,确定指标权重,进行单网格和多网格综合风险值计算,可对规则或不规则的各种区域进行风险评价。建立基于产生式规则的管控措施匹配模型,给出区域的管控措施。结合实例,采用网格化风险评价模型对某小区进行风险评价,评价结果与实际情况相符,验证构建的网格化风险评价模型的正确性,使用风险管控措施匹配模型得出管控措施。Drawing on the grid management method,a grid risk evaluation model is constructed by grid division of the gas pipeline network.A grid risk structure model including 7 secondary evaluation indicators such as the indicators of the pipeline itself and the environmental indicators around the pipeline,and 23 tertiary evaluation indicators such as pipe age,gas quality and pressure level is established,the weights of the indicators are determined,and the comprehensive risk value of single grid and multi grid is calculated.The risk evaluation can be conducted for regular or irregular areas.The matching model of control measures based on generation rules is established,and the regional control measures are given.Combined with an example,the grid risk evaluation model is used to evaluate the risk of a residential area.The evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation,which verifies the correctness of the constructed grid risk evaluation model.The control measures are obtained by using the risk control measures matching model.
