摘　　要：本文通过对中国农产品质量安全发展水平、标准化体系与监管体系建设的梳理,识别新发展阶段农产品质量安全面临的新要求和新机遇,并深入分析当前农产品生产、加工、流通、消费各环节以及全程监管面临的挑战。在此基础上,从监管角度、监管理念、监管手段、监管支撑以及品牌管理等方面提出新发展阶段提升中国农产品质量安全保障水平的新理念、新机制和新手段。This paper reviews the development level,standardization system and supervision system of China s agricultural product quality and safety,identifies new requirements and opportunities for agricultural product quality and safety in the new development stage,and deeply analyzes the current challenges faced by agricultural production,processing,circulation,consumption and whole process of supervision.On this basis this paper puts forward new ideas,new mechanisms and new means to improve China s agricultural product quality and safety assurance level in the new development stage from the perspective of supervision,supervision concept,supervision means,supervision support and brand management.
