摘　　要：研究了酮亚胺类潜固化剂对环氧树脂灌浆材料综合性能的影响,发现其可有效抑制浆液黏度增长,延长可操作时间,同时提升抗压、抗拉、钢-钢剪切、干湿粘结强度等综合力学性能,且能较大幅度提升在潮湿基面的粘结性能。制备的环氧树脂灌浆材料综合性能满足JC/T 1041—2007中L型I级的要求,具有超过70 h的可操作时间,提升了该材料在帷幕灌浆工程中的渗透防渗加固效果。The influence of ketimine latent curing agent on the comprehensive properties of epoxy resin grouting materials is studied.It is found that it can effectively inhibit the increase of slurry viscosity,prolong the operation time,improve the comprehensive mechanical properties such as compression,tensile,steel-steel shear,dry and wet bonding strength,and greatly improve the bonding performance on wet substrate.The comprehensive performance of the prepared epoxy resin grouting material meets the requirements of L-type class I of standard JC/T 1041—2007,and has an operational time of more than 70 h,which improves the anti-seepage reinforcement effect of the material in curtain grouting project.
