摘　　要：上海烟草浦东科技创新园区建设项目(北地块)厂房屋面采用了2 mm厚增强型TPO卷材机械固定单层屋面系统。该项目设计与施工过程中,通过科学设置防水卷材固定件间距、确保防水卷材焊缝可靠性、处理好防水层施工与虹吸式雨水斗施工交接部位工序交接、做好细部节点处理,使屋面系统的质量得到了有效保障。A single-layer roof system of 2 mm thick reinforced TPO membrane with mechanical fixation is adopted for the workshop roof of Shanghai Tobacco Pudong Science and Technology Innovation Park(North plot).During the design and construction of the project,the quality of the roof system has been effectively guaranteed by scientifically setting the distance between the fasteners of the waterproofing membrane,ensuring the reliability of the waterproofing membrane welding joints,managing the process handover of the connecting parts between the waterproofing layer construction and the siphon rain bucket construction,and handling the details properly.
