地铁隧道下穿输水管道变形控制标准研究

摘  要:地铁隧道下穿老旧大断面暗挖输水管道,现有规范尚未给出明确的变形控制标准,通过收集资料,分析输水管道不同材质、建设年代、现状情况及类似工程对比,初步确定了输水管道的变形控制值,并通过SAP84软件建立荷载-结构模型,分析、反算管道结构对不均匀变形的承受能力,经过迭代试算并考虑一定的安全富裕度,分别给出了不均匀变形控制标准。通过盾构施工对地层的变形规律分析,利用MIDAS NX软件模拟计算盾构施工对输水管道的变形影响,结果表明各项指标均满足制定的控制标准,可为类似工程方案的制定提供参考。Existing specifications have not yet provided clear deformation control standards of metro shield tunnel under crossing old large excavation section water pipeline.This thesis initially determined the deformation control value of water pipeline by collecting information,Analysed the different materials,construction years,current situation of water pipeline and comparison of similar projects,then establishment of load-structure model by SAP84,Analysis and inverse calculation of the bearing capability of pipeline Structure to uneven deformation.After iterative trial calculation and considering certain security richness,different control standards for nonuniform deformation are given respectively.Though analyzed the deformation regulation of shield construction on stratum,Using MIDAS NX to establish the stratum-structure model,the deformation influence of shield construction on water conveyance pipeline was simulated.The results showed that all indicators are meeting the established control standards,It can provide reference for the formulation of similar projects.
