摘  要:为合理配置沥青混凝土路面施工机械资源,提高大量施工机械群的施工效率,以安徽省某公路沥青混凝土路面施工为研究对象,在分析沥青混凝土路面施工关键施工工艺的基础上,基于最小二乘向量机的沥青混凝土路面机群协同作业问题求解。结果表明,沥青混凝土路面的关键施工工艺涉及到拌和、运输、摊铺、初压、复压、终压等工序,拌合站产量可以用正太分布函数进行表达,运料汽车和摊铺机的时间函数均可用负指数进行表达,而压路机的压实每10 m沥青混凝土路面消耗时间呈先增加后减小的趋势。In order to reasonably allocate the construction machinery resources while a large number of asphalt concrete pavement machinery groups work at the same time,and improve the construction efficiency road construction,hens,the the asphalt concrete pavement construction of a highway in Anhui Province as the example object in this paper to research the construction efficiency.At the basement of the key construction technology research result of asphalt concrete pavement works,the solution of cluster problem of cooperative operation of asphalt concrete pavement machinery groups based on least square vector machine is solved.The results show that the hinge construction process of asphalt concrete pavement production processes touch on mix and stir,conveyance,paving,initial compaction,final compaction,final compaction and other processes.The output of mixing station can be expressed by positive distribution function,and the time function of truck and paver can be expressed by negative index.However,the consumption hour of pave densification per 10m of asphalt concrete pavement raise firstly and then decreases.
