摘  要:首先对一款通用变频器系统功率器件损耗进行了计算,随后使用电机进行额定工况下热测试。通过热分析软件FloTHERM进行仿真计算,验证了仿真与测试结果的一致性。针对已有的型材散热器进行优化设计和分析计算,设计出翅片间距更小的插片式散热器。实验验证表明,优化后的插片式散热器散热效果更好且成本更低。In this paper,the power losses of the general inverter system is calculated firstly,And then the thermal test is conducted with the adapted motor unit under rated conditions.The consistency between simulation and actual measurement is verified by the simulated calculation with thermal analysis software FloTHERM.A smaller center gap bonded fin heat sink was designed based on the existing extruded heat sink optimal design and analysis calculation,The experiment results show that the bonded fin heat sink has got better results and lower cost.
