摘　　要：目的 评估自体脂肪移植联合微等离子束治疗面部凹陷性瘢痕的效果。方法 选取面部凹陷性瘢痕患者62例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各31例。对照组行微等离子射频技术治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方法的基础上进行自体脂肪移植,治疗结束3个月后,比较2组温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分、曼彻斯特瘢痕评定量表(MAPS)评分、患者和观察者瘢痕评估量表(POSAS)评分、不良反应情况、治疗有效率和患者满意度。结果 与对照组比较,观察组治疗后VSS、MAPS、POSAS评分和不良反应率显著降低(均P<0.05);治疗有效率及患者满意度显著提高(P<0.05)。结论 自体脂肪移植联合微等离子束治疗面部凹陷性瘢痕患者疗效良好,可较快改善瘢痕色泽与质地,安全性和患者满意度高。Objective To evaluate the effect of autologous fat transplantation combined with microplasma beam on depressed facial scar.Methods Sixty-two patients with depressed facial scar were randomly treated with microplasma radiofrequency technology alone(control group,n=31) or in combination with autologous fat transplantation(observation group,n=31).After treatment for 3 months,the Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS) score,Manchester Scar Assessment Scale(MAPS) score,Patient and Observer Scar Assessment Scale(POSAS) score,adverse reactions,total effective rate and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of VSS,MAPS and POSAS and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate and patient satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Autologous fat transplantation combined with microplasma beam is effective and safe for depressed facial scar.The combined treatment can quickly improve scar color and texture and enhance patient satisfaction.
