摘 要:糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病常见的微血管并发症,是导致终末期肾病的主要原因,目前DN的发病机制仍未完全明确。微小RNA(microRNA)是一类短的非编码RNA,通过阻断转录或促进靶基因mRNA的降解,可在转录后水平调控基因表达。其表达量或功能异常在DN的发生发展中起着重要作用,可介导DN中肾小球基底膜和系膜细胞的损伤、肾组织纤维化、足细胞凋亡等病理生理改变。期待miRNA能作为敏感及特异的生物标志物用于临床DN的早期诊断及病情监测。Diabetic nephropathy(DN),a common microvascular complication of diabetes,is the main cause of end-stage renal disease.At present,the pathogenesis of DN is still not completely clear.MicroRNAs(miRNAs) are a class of short non-coding RNAs that regulate gene expression at the post-transcriptional level by blocking transcription or promoting degradation of target gene mRNA.The abnormal expression or function of miRNAs plays an important role in the occurrence and development of DN,mediating pathophysiological changes such as glomerular basement membrane and mesangial cell damage,renal fibrosis,and apoptosis of podocytes.It is expected that miRNAs can be used as sensitive and specific biomarkers for the early diagnosis and condition monitoring of DN.
