眼科名老中医王育良学术思想初探

摘　　要：王育良系全国第六批名老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师,主要从事中西医结合治疗眼病和中医眼科现代化研究。文章主要从其学术思想及学术创新2个方面进行探讨。王育良临证时眼体合参,综合辨证;辨证施治,强调治肝;认为眼病多瘀,擅长活血用药;重视脾胃,补肾治本。王育良临床思路广阔,治病多法,以清热养阴散瘀为指导思想研制了润目灵治疗干眼,并首创了眼与光照节律关系的思想,运用其指导临床用药。WANG Yuliang is mainly specialized in the treatment of eye disease with integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine and the research of the modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)ophthalmology,who is a mentor of the inheritance of academic experience from the six batch of national TCM experts.This article made a preliminary discussion on his academic thoughts of TCM ophthalmology,mainly from the aspects of clinical thinking and academic innovation.WANG Yuliang always pays attention to the combination of systemic syndrome differentiation and local syndrome differentiation of the eyes,emphasizes treatment targeting the liver.He thinks that most eye diseases involves blood stasis,which need the medication with promoting blood circulation.He also pays attention to the role of the spleen and stomach,emphasizes on tonifying the kidney to treating the root causes.He is open-minded and proficient in treatment with multiple methods.WANG Yuliang has broad clinical ideas and multiple treatments.He invented Runmuling to treat dry eyes under the guiding ideology of clearing heat and nourishing Yin and dispersing blood stasis which was currently widely used in clinical practice.He initiated the idea of relationship between eye and light rhythm which was used to guide the clinical medication.
