摘 要:为解决高速铁路隧道微小底鼓变形而导致轨道几何偏差不满足高铁安全运行容许偏差管理值的问题,以Ⅳ级围岩深埋条件下高速铁路双线隧道工程为例,采用Diana有限元软件建立隧道衬砌混凝土与钢筋精细化数值模型,分析仰拱与填充层分开浇筑、一次浇筑和一次浇筑并配置满堂钢筋等3种工况下的隧底结构承载特性。对比3种工况下衬砌内力、裂缝扩展及结构安全系数的差异性,探讨仰拱与填充层一次浇筑施工工艺的优缺点,进而提出隧底间隔设置暗梁的优化方案,讨论其可行性。研究结果表明:相对于仰拱与填充层分开浇筑工况而言,仰拱与填充一次浇筑可改善衬砌整体受力状态,隧底结构强度安全系数和抗裂性能满足规范要求,但填充层表面与中央排水沟底部存在明显的拉应力集中区,为受力薄弱部位。仰拱与填充层一次浇筑并配置满堂钢筋方案一定程度上改善了填充层表面和中央排水沟底部的拉应力,但无法完全消除拉应力区,且拱脚出现明显压应力集中现象。提出的隧底间隔设置暗梁优化方案,同样可有效减小填充层表面和中央排水沟底部拉应力,且具有显著的技术经济效果。隧底间隔设置暗梁一次浇筑优化方案减少了隧底分开浇筑产生的结构界面,提高了抵抗底鼓变形的结构刚度。研究结果为进一步优化高速铁路隧道底部结构型式和保障高铁安全营运提供参考。In order to solve the problem that the track geometric deviation caused by the micro heave deformation of high-speed railway tunnel does not meet the allowable deviation management value of high-speed railway safe operation,the double track tunnel project of high-speed railway was selected as an example and studied under the condition of deep burial of grade IV surrounding rock.The refined numerical model of tunnel lining concrete and reinforcement was established by using Diana finite element software to analyze the bearing characteristics of tunnel bottom structure under three working conditions:separate pouring of inverted arch and filling layer,onetime pouring and one-time pouring with full reinforcement.The differences of lining internal force,crack propagation and structural safety factor under three working conditions were compared,the advantages and disadvantages of one-time pouring construction technology of inverted arch and filling layer were discussed,and then the optimization scheme of setting concealed beams at intervals at the bottom of tunnel was put forward.The feasibility of the above-mentioned framework was discussed.The results show that compared with the separate pouring of inverted arch and filling layer,one-time pouring of inverted arch and filling layer can improve the overall stress state of lining,and the structural strength safety factor and crack resistance of tunnel bottom meet the specification requirements,but there is an obvious tensile stress concentration area on the surface of filling layer and the bottom of central drainage ditch,which is the weak part of stress;The scheme of pouring inverted arch and filling layer at one time and configuring full reinforcement reduces the tensile stress on the surface of filling layer and the bottom of central drainage ditch to a certain extent,but it can not completely eliminate the tensile stress area,and there is obvious compressive stress concentration at the arch foot;The proposed optimization scheme of setting concealed beams at the inte
