摘 要:针对沥青路面车辙病害,通过室内试验的方式,对比分析我国现行标准车辙试验、汉堡车辙试验(HWTD)和沥青路面分析仪(APA)3种车辙试验方法的差异。分别通过3种车辙试验对10种不同沥青、级配类型和集料公称最大粒径沥青混合料进行测试,结果发现:3种车辙试验结果和规律相近,均能较准确地评价不同沥青混合料高温性能优劣,但标准车辙试验对不同公称最大粒径沥青混合料评价结果与HWTD和APA存在差异,且其结果显著性水平较低,表明标准车辙试验不能较好地区分不同公称最大粒径混合料的高温性能。标准车辙试验结果与HWTD和APA相关性较低,采用最大车辙深度指标时相关性相对较好,相关系数比动稳定度提高了0.43,因此建议增加最大车辙深度作为标准车辙试验的辅助评价指标。HWTD和APA车辙试验对沥青混合料高温性能评价结果较接近,分析表明蠕变斜率指标和车辙变形速率指标都是关于车辙深度和加载次数的一次函数,其相关性系数超过0.91;车辙变形速率指标同样适用于HWTD试验,由于APA试验时长比HWTD试验短42.9%,且数据处理更简便,在2种车辙试验方法中更推荐APA试验及其车辙变形速率指标。To focus on the rutting disease in asphalt pavement,laboratory testing was conducted to examine the three types of rutting test methods:Standard Rutting Test,Hamburg Wheel Tracking Device(HWTD),and Asphalt Pavement Analyzer(APA).The ten different types of asphalt mixtures consisted with different asphalt type,gradation types and nominal maximum particle size of aggregate were tested,and the results shown that,the three kinds of rutting tests can accurately evaluated the high temperature performance of different asphalt mixtures,among them the evaluation results of standard rutting test for asphalt mixtures with different nominal maximum particle sizes were different from those of HWTD and APA,and the significance level of the results was low,indicated the standard rutting test was difficult to distinguished the high temperature performance of asphalt mixtures with different nominal maximum particle sizes.The results of standard rutting test have low correlation with HWTD and APA,while the maximum rutting depth index was adopted,the correlation was 0.43 higher than the dynamic stability,therefore,it was suggested to take the maximum rutting depth as an auxiliary evaluation index of standard rutting test.The tests results of HWTD and APA were closer,the analysis showed that the creep slope index and rutting deformation rate index were primary functions of rutting depth and loading times,the correlation coefficient between the Dynamic Stability and the Rate of Rutting index was higher than 0.91.The rutting deformation rate index was also applicable to HWTD test,since the duration of APA test was 42.9%shorter than that of HWTD and the data processing was simpler,APA test and its rutting deformation rate index were recommended between the two rutting test methods.
