长三角旅游一体化政策内容量化及演进历程研究

摘　　要：选取876份长三角旅游一体化政策文件,运用量化统计分析、语义内容分析、社会网络分析等方法,从政策类型、政策主体、政策主题和合作网络四个维度,对长三角旅游一体化政策文本的演进规律与发展趋势进行分析。研究发现:长三角旅游一体化政策的数量逐年增多,类型愈加丰富;政策主体范围不断扩大,主体部门之间合作逐渐紧密,有效形成了政策合力;政策主题多元化,有效促进了产业融合和联动,突出了旅游为民的特点;长三角城市间旅游合作网络关系愈加密切,形成了“共商、共建、共享”的区域协同发展模式。This paper selects 876 documents on the integration policies of tourism in the Yangtze River Delta region areselected, via quantitative statistical analysis, semantic content analysis, social network analysis and other methods to analyze the integration policies of tourism in the Yangtze River Delta Region from the following four perspectives: policy type, policy subject, policy theme and cooperation network. The content, themes, evolution laws and characteristics of policy texts are analyzed. It is found that the number of tourism integration policies in the Yangtze River Delta region have increased year by year, the types have become abundant;the scope of policy subjects has been continuously expanded, and the cooperation between the main departments has gradually become closer, effectively forming policy synergy;the diversified development of policy topics effectively promotes industry integration and industry linkage emphasize tourism for the people;the tourism cooperation network between cities in the Yangtze River Delta region has become more and more close, forming a regional coordinated development model of “co-discussion, co-construction, and sharing”. Based on the macro background of regional development integration, the development of tourism integration in the Yangtze River Delta will further evolve and upgrade.
