摘  要:基于羟脯氨酸,制备了刚性的桥环内酯单体(N-HPL),将其与商业可得的ε-己内酯、δ-戊内酯共聚,一锅多步法制备得到具有“硬-软-硬”结构的三嵌段共聚物BP1-3.改变N-HPL在聚合物中的含量,能方便地调节BP1-3的成分比例与物理性质.该系列嵌段共聚物经热压即能制备得到透明的弹性体薄膜材料,并在单轴拉伸实验中表现出显著的弹性.A hydroxyproline-derived bridged bicyclic lactone monomer(N-HPL)was prepared and copolymerized with the commercially availableε-caprolactone(CL)andδ-valerolactone(VL).In a one pot fashion,N-HPL was fed as the hard segment after the complete conversion of CL and VL in the polymerization,to generate a series of ABA triblock copolyesters BP1-3.The composition and physical properties of BP1-3 can be facilely tuned by adjusting the content and ratio of Nn Hex-HPL.BP1-3 can be processed with hot pressing to obtain transparent films and samples with characteristic properties of thermoplastic elastomer.The material has a melting point nearly200℃,which corresponds to a higher upper limiting temperature in its applications.Mechanical tests,mainly uniaxial tensile tests,show the material can obtain Young’s modulus over 20 MPa and toughness as high as 100 MJ·m,which are comparable to most reported thermoplastic elastomer polyesters.
