摘　　要：人类命运共同体的构建吸纳和支持社会组织利用“第三部门”的天然优势通过合适的路径发挥对外开展民生工作、保障民生权利的正面效应,是有效回应多元主体参与人类命运共同体构建的现实诉求,也是人类命运共同体理论的应有之意。运用SWOT分析法对社会组织的五种不同类型的路径从对外发展机会、对外发展威胁、自身优势、自身劣势四个维度进行剖析,找准社会组织参与优势与人类命运共同体构建的最佳连接点,并据此提出针对外部风险与内部风险防控机制建构的建议,将有效助力其参与的“社会合法性”与“法律合法性”获得并进行多元化、共生型的工作路径选择,最终与受援助国协同共建人类命运共同体的关键性支撑——人类命运发展能力共同体、民生权利保障防控风险共同体。The participation of multiple subjects composed of the government as the “first sector”, the for-profit enterprises as the “second sector”, and the non-profit organizations or social organizations as the “third sector” reveals the theoretical implications of the community of humanity with a shared destiny. Social organizations participating in the construction of the community of humanity with a shared destiny through the bottom-up approach that focuses on the people’s livelihood work and protects the people’s livelihood rights also reveal their new responsibilities in the new era. There are five ways for social organizations to participate in the construction of the community of humanity with a shared destiny. This paper uses SWOT analysis to accurately reveal the external conditions(development opportunities and development threats) and internal conditions(advantages and disadvantages) of social organizations participating in the construction of the community of humanity with a shared destiny, and then gives suggestions on the construction of the mechanism for external and internal risk prevention and control, which will effectively help the “social legitimacy” and “legal legitimacy” of such participation, successfully choose a diversified and symbiotic approach, and finally cooperate with the recipient country to build a key support for the community of humanity with a shared destiny, that is, the human community with a shared destiny based on development capacity and the community of protecting the people’s livelihood rights through risk prevention and control.
