摘　　要：With the popularization of computer Internet,e-commerce in a short period of time in the global business.In the context of e-business,international trade development mode has changed,give companies more opportunities and challenges,how to make the international economic and trade under the e-commerce environment steady growth,has become the enterprises have to face the problem,this article through to the electronic commerce under the background of international trade related issues are discussed and the research,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
