摘 要:造纸流程可视化平台内存占用率过高会降低平台运行效果,为提升可视化平台运行效果,提出造纸流程可视化虚拟现实平台构建。该方法基于B/S模式建立造纸流程可视化虚拟现实平台软件结构,并对相关结构具体分析,依据分析结果确定平台交互流程;再依据上述软件结构,完成系统功能模块设计,并对造纸流程可视化虚拟现实平台的平台功能模块开展具体功能分析;最后基于上述造纸流程可视化虚拟现实平台硬件以及软件设计,完成造纸流程的可视化平台构建。实验结果表明,运用该方法建立造纸流程可视化平台时,平台内存占用率小、CPU占用率低、平台带宽荷载效果好。The high memory occupancy rate of the papermaking process visualization platform will reduce the operation effect of the platform.In order to improve the operation effect of the visualization platform,the construction of a papermaking process visualization virtual reality platform is proposed.The method establishes the software structure of the papermaking process visualization virtual reality platform based on the B/S mode,analyzes the relevant structures in detail,and determines the platform interaction process according to the analysis results.Then,based on the above software structure,the system function module design is completed,and the platform function module of the papermaking process visualization virtual reality platform is analyzed.Finally,based on the hardware and software design of the above-mentioned papermaking process visualization virtual reality platform,the construction of the papermaking process visualization platform is completed.The experimental results show that when this method is used to establish a papermaking process visualization platform,the platform memory usage rate is small,the CPU usage rate is low,and the platform bandwidth load effect is good.
