摘　　要：为实现针对造纸机打浆工艺环节的数字化监测,将液位、压力、温度等传感器设置于打浆系统中各机要节点,全面采集浆料状态实时数据。基于造纸打浆工艺流程详细阐述了传感器布置方案以及相应的电路设计与模拟量输入方案,提出了监测系统组态设计思路并展示了打浆工艺监测界面设计结果。In order to realize the digital monitoring of the beating process of paper machine,the sensors such as liquid level,pressure and temperature are set in each important node of the beating system to comprehensively collect the real-time data of pulp state.Based on the paper beating process,the sensor layout scheme,corresponding circuit design and analog input scheme are described in detail,the configuration design idea of monitoring system is put forward,and the design results of beating process monitoring interface are displayed.
