摘 要:采用金相显微镜和拉伸试验机,研究了前段冷却和前段超快冷两种不同热轧冷却工艺对汽车结构用QSTE380TM钢显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:采用前段超快冷工艺的带钢晶粒明显细化,屈服强度和抗拉强度提高。在此基础上,采用以前段超快冷为核心的新一代控制轧制和控制冷却(thermo-mechanical controlled processing, TMCP)技术实现了QSTE系列汽车结构用钢的柔性化轧制,在满足用户使用要求的前提下,提高了带钢力学性能的稳定性,降低了成本。Effect of two different cooling processes after hot rolling, front-stage cooling and front-stage ultra-fast cooling, on microstructure and mechanical properties of QSTE380 TM automotive structure steel were studied by metallographic microscope and tensile testing machine. The results showed that the strip steel ultra-fast cooled in front-stage manifested obviously finer grains, and an improvement in yield strength and tensile strength. On that basis, the new thermo-mechanical controlled processing(TMCP) technology using front-stage ultra-fast cooling as the core was adopted thereby achieved the flexible rolling of QSTE series steels for automobile structure, on the premise of meeting the requirements of users, the stability of mechanical properties of the strip steel was improved and its cost was reduced.
